Hired by The Post Office via KlickDigital my task was to conceive and create a UI for an internal video help portal  that enabled The Post Office (PO) to switch branch support from expensive call centres to online accessible only via their kiosks/till screens in branches. I was asked to spend time at their Doncaster branch support centre with a number of key staff members in order to understand fully the scope required. After that I went away and created a set of flowcharts and wireframe prototypes that enabled me and the project owner to present to key staff members. After several meetings these were signed off and I started to work on the UI for the pages, this meant working with a member of the PO brand team as well as using the brand guidelines. Happily enough these designs were signed off at the first attempt and I handed over the desktop and mobile screens to the development team.
This platform was launched to much acclaim and is used by PO (as much to my knowledge) staff branch members.
