About Quilo..
Quilo is a creative mini agency run by Sam Marks, a 30 year old Freelance web designer from Leigh-on-Sea Essex, near
London in the UK. I've been designing for over 9 years starting as a
junior eventually working up to head of design at a web design agency based just
outside London. I left my position back in October 2008 and set up in a small studio in my village.
I specialise in general interface design, CSS and HTML hand coded builds.

A friend of mine Warren asked mentioned to me that he liked the
wallpapers over at Rapidweaver so I took it upon myself as a challenge
to try to re-create that look. Hopefully I've got pretty close, anyhow
Ive uploaded it so you can download as a wallpaper....should you wish?
If there is any demand I may create a tutorial showing how I created
this...
